In August the service needed light came on, I called Sytner to book a service and was told that it was not due. I called again and insisted that the car had to be serviced and reluctantly a service was booked

Due to the car failing the MOT and being late in the day and the dealer having to order the parts I did not have a car to go home with. I had to get my wife to collect me.

Service experience was fine, but my car now reads 3300 miles until the next service - I have rung several times to ask why such a short gap but no one tell me! It may be brake fluid? as you are only allowed to do certain things at defined intervals
I was very satisfied with the service from Maidenhead, but as mentioned in the last comment, a few extra touches would make you feel that your business is valued.
I really appreciated having the car collected and brought back. The feedback was useful but I had to call to check out whether anything else needed to be done.
I was talked through all the options for my car and I left feeling as though I had been given the best deal and right car for me.

Car wasnt ready in one day as you couldnt fit in the MOT because you had a busy MOT schedule. I made the service/mot booking about 5 weeks prior to bringing it in and was a little disappointed it wasnt done in a day.

From arriving the reception team are friendly as in approachable & really take that time to acknowledge & talk through options & work been done. On the body shop side they are 1st class always, extremely professional & good at what they do.
After checking,and being told a request we made had been carried out the car was returned without our request being done.
The car was taken in at short notice for break pads work by Gary and he arrange for it to be ready before the school run. Most other dealerships would not go out of their way.
