Tom Welch dealt with me from start to finish - was so helpful and kept me informed of delivery times. At hand-over, took plenty of time to explain all the features on the car and encouraged me to come back for a follow-up once I had driven the car.

Everything as expected. A faulty rear brake disc was diagnosed. As it was a manufacturing defect Sytner checked with Mini head office and agreed to pay for a new part and half the install costs. I would have expected Mini to cover all costs

It was ok. Check in was good and the service was finished earlier than expected. But I was offered a 'valet' and it was poor. My boot area hadn't been hoovered at all and inside not dusted or wiped.

The video provided by the engineer was informative explaining the work completed and advised that the next step was for my Mini to be passed on for an MOT to be completed.

Easy to book, great waiting area so I could work on my laptop and didn't have the hassle of arranging lifts/ curtesy car. Much better experience than Inchcape Reading which is 2 minutes from my office but I prefer to deal with Sytner.??

The centre was in Slough, it was a fantastic showcase for Mini. I waited for my service and the environment was very pleasant. One tiny negative, I was there for 1.5 hours and several times looked at the new countryman but no sales person approached

Steve came out with me to identify the noise but of course couldnt hear it, but he offered to gaveca look and on further investigation he found some adjustments that needed doing and nowcall good and no noise.
